Natwest debt collectors

Hi,
My nattiest cc has been passed to their debt collection agency and I cannot find the reference number. I am entering into a DMP with StepChange and they need this info.
I think they are called Triton or Trident or something.
I know I can call natwest but my account has defaulted and my mental health deteriorated so i cannot face them.
Any ideas? Have done a google search but no luck.

Triton are internal collections for Natwest and RBS. They are pretty useless in my experience, so well left to Stepchange. The account number should still be your Natwest one.:beer:0
