I've not tried swapping, but we usually use vitalite for our vegan cakes. DD was only saying the other day that we should try the lemon berry with vitalite, as she has cows milk allergy. The orange cake is fat free anyway!
I'm just sitting here eating today's experiment a GF pasty. Verdict a bit on the crunchy side, but otherwise very nice, the dogs are enjoying the edges
