I am waiting for a deal on Christmas ornaments as they usually have them with free postage at this time of year and they work out really cheap at under £1 per ornament usually including postage.0

i've used artscow in the past and they're great, i'm a graphic artist so it was lovely to use some of my own artwork on various items to give as christmas and birthday presents, having something physical to look at also made my work seem more 'real' to some doubting in laws :rotfl:
if you want to order items for christmas i'd recommend doing it now as shipping from hong kong is always slow anyway and the christmas rush will of course extend that as well
also be sure to break up larger orders, i believe the customs limit is £17 in value so if you're getting free shipping anyway making smaller orders is best as you definitely won't find it a bargain if you get hit with the tax
great site, thanks to the op for reminding me, i'll have a look, could do with a few small gifts for a few people :T0 -
There is a code on the Artscow special offers section (well there was yesterday) for $10 off a minimum spend of $10. It is also free shipping if you spend $20 (shipping works out at about $11 for a $10 order otherwise). So probably worth making a $20 order if you can to take advantage.0

I have used these for years, it is well worth subscribing to their offers. They do Mini Purses and Dogtags quite regularly. The purses make great little gifts (the last offer was BOGOFF and $3, so worked out at about £1 per purse delivered). The Dogtags I take off the chains and put on a keyring as they work great and are better than the keyrings they dog IMHO.
Dogtags are 4 for $8.99, with free shipping, code will be on their facebook page, and expires 3rd nov, so will work out about £6 for four and they make great xmas gifts, though my girls have them as zip pulls on their school pencil cases.
Always pay via paypal to avoid the currency conversion charges.0 -
Thanks to all who have posted.
I found a code on their facebook page for the dogtags (posted on 21 Oct for anyone who wants the code, FB page link is right at the top on their homepage).
4 x double sided print dogtags delivered for £5.59 ($8.99).
Fabulous stocking fillers.
Just had fun doing the designing too
Time to explore more of their offers!0 -
Question to those who use Artscow please!
The 'free' items; I created a backpack and the shipping came to a crazy $18. I tried to get free shipping and it charged me for the backpack instead ($30). I added another item to get try for the free shipping but it will only take ONE code as far as I can see.
Is this correct, or does anyone have any code adding tips please?!0 -

I have found in the past that you can only use one code. Unless you get free shipping it can work out very expensive. Still I suppose £11 ($18 shipping) is not bad for a pesonalised back pack.0 -

Its a fair price (approx. £11.50 with Paypal exchange rates), but it's still way, way beyond the usual Chinese prices
You see, I can buy one from an established UK print shop , who have done the most brilliant print jobs for me on hoodies (so I can vouch for the quality I will receive), delivered for £12.95.
For the £1.45 difference I would keep my custom in this country, be able to sort out any problems a lot sooner/easier/without language barriers/still with paypal protection, and receive my bag weeks sooner
So, worth looking closely at prices before buying.0
