Best No Fees Remortgage

Hi I'm looking for the best no fees remortgage deal. The best i have found is from the Bank Of Ireland with a fixed rate of 5.99 for 5 years. I am looking to remortgage for £87k

When i compare it with packages with lower interest rates the difference once all the fees have been included in the calculations is very small (especially when adding booking fees to the mortgage! £800 over 25 years=ouch)

Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance

...........or add the fees to the cost of the loan and overpay to cover them! Why didnt i think of that. Anyone used Woolwich switch and save?

Definitely don't decide up front that you have to have a mortgage with no fees. As you point out, you can get the fees added to the loan anyway.

What matters is the total cost to you over the period you intend to keep the mortgage.
