1. You can only enter the Promotion once. 2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. 3. The Promotion is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18, with a permanent UK address and a registered member of Mumsnet. 4. The promoter of the Promotion is Mumsnet (“the Promoter”) 5. The Promotion is not open to the Promoter's agencies, its group companies or anyone else connected with the Promotion including employees. 6. All entries must be made using the form on the relevant competition page. 7. The winner will be chosen at random from all those entrants who have selected the correct answer 8. The closing date and time of the Promotion is 24 November 2013 (“the Closing Date”) Entries received after the Closing Date will not be processed. 9. The Winner will be notified by e-mail by the Promoter. If the Winner does not respond to such e-mail or is unable to accept the prize from the Promoter then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner. 10. The Promoter may ask the Winners to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.11. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. 12. The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize should this prove necessary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically included in the Prize. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged when sent. Proof of mailing/e-mailing will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Entries that are altered, illegible or not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified. 13. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. 14. Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion. 15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, unforeseen legislation or any other events beyond its control. 16. The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision. 17. The names of the Winners for the Promotion will be available at our Winners’ Corner. 18. Entrants details will be collected via encrypted data solely for the purposes of this prize draw and deleted once the Winner has been notified.
