Shortlist issue

I keep having a problem with Shortlist where it won't let me enter saying "you must be subscribed to me Hyde", but I am subscribed to mr Hyde, even received an email this morning so still subscribed.
It even did it on one which gave you the option to tick that you want to subscribe.

Anyone else had this problem?

It just wants you to tick the box to say you want to subscribe, it doesn't matter if you are already or not. It can't subscribe you twice.

I thought the tick box said something like: "Subscribe/already subscribed"?

Anyway I always tick the subscribe box and as starrybee says they still just send the one lot of mailings.

I've noticed a few of Shortlist comps that require you to tick the box to subscribe to Mr Hyde rather than having the old subscribe/already subscribed button.

Even if I tick to say I want to subscribe it won't let me, I don't mind ticking the box.
It's like they don't have my name on the system, but I am definitely subscribed.

Have you tried unsubscribing and then starting from scratch?

Yeah tried that a week ago...
