I'll keep this simple.
I had fees to pay on ebay which I had a DD set up for. Changed my bank account and forgot about the DD. Didn't log onto Ebay in a while and had an amount to pay of £22 which was outstanding.
Ebay passed this over to Akinika - debt collecting company who now keep ringing. I have been back onto EBay and paid the £22. But Akinka want £10 admin fee from me as it got passed on to them.
Do I pay this? Want are the implications?
Thanks in advance.

I think you probably do have to pay it, sorry. It was your oversight that led to the problem. Bad luck.

Tell them you have paid ebay and you never asked then to contact you so won't be paying.
Lodge a complaint with ebay.
Can't do anything, unless they take you to court, which you will get papers for and if you do you just okay up and avoid the entire situation.
They are chancers trying to get a tenner, which in reality as ebay accepted your payment they should be dealing with.:beer:0 -
Dont pay it, no one is taking you to court over £320
