Tesco ClubCard evoucher refund

Hi,

I placed an order online on Tesco Direct last night using some Clubcard evouchers and paid a small balance on my credit card and within a hour, received an email saying they could not fulfill my order and that I would be receiving a full refund. It is going to take 3-5 days for my card to be refunded but over 30 days for my evouchers to be available! :mad:
Spoke to the not very helpful Clubcard "helpline" and they said I have to wait 30 DAYS for my points to be credited back to my clubcard account and then only then , I can ring them back up to transfer them into vouchers again!! !!!!!!!! :mad:

same happened to me yesterday too! i've just been told i can't access the point until february atm.. i may have to phone up as the points are now showing on my account but not as evouchers.

just to let you know i phoned today and its all sorted. order was made and the loving lady on tescos direct put it through via gift card instead of points.. she said she'll get the points stopped the other end but thats their issue not mine worth calling up and asking.
