Hi guys,
Not asking for any medical advice as I'm seeing my GP at the moment anyway plus it's not allowed I know.
Just a quick bit of background. I've had awful heartburn on and off for the last 9 months ish. Went to docs, eventually,:o and she prescribed some medication. Plus advised good balanced diet, lose weight (which I'm doing
) , stop smoking (which I'm trying to do  ), don't drink alcohol (which I don't anyway :A ) But it's not really working. Got to have a blood test  (will need a general anesthetic for that, not good with sharp pointy things that hurt lots), in a couple of weeks to see if it's this Helicobacter pylori. Basically a bacteria that gets in your stomach, somehow, and can cause the symptoms I'm getting as well as a stomach ulcer. Nasty little critter.
I've just looked on the internet and found a site about Matula Tea. With all it's wonderful claims to get rid of this bacteria for good. Now this is the MSE bit, it's flippin expensive.
I just wondered if anyone has used this, did it help you and can you buy it in the UK?
