Mortgage submission stopped over £19 VODAFONE payment 😞 help! - NOW SORTED!!

    Yeah i can't have a guarantor, and i have the deposit, the house, the legal fee's, a slid job and an otherwise excellent credit score.

    Still nothing back from Vodafone... thats 3 phone calls, 4 web chats and 2 emails.

    I emailed the quality assurance team to see if they will act on this info provided. Not heard anything (other than an automated reply) back yet.

    Im hoping someone gets back to me soon!

    Theres a vodafone rep on this site i think, but i can't seem to get his attention :(

    Worse than that. The guarantor has to put up their home as security.

    I was only pointing out that there is someone that could help for the ltv amount they have. It's a last option but at least a option

    Well its now been a full week since my Application.
    Still no further with Vodafone removing my Default or at least getting back to me
    If it not sorted in the next couple of days I'm going to lose the house over this :(

    Ive emailed them yesterday and the day before.
    Jenny on here Acknowledged the email i sent to her but hasn't replied, called, or posted on here yet.
    In complete limbo, i don't have much faith in Vodafone if they can't be bothered to even reply to me :(

    Oooh just checked my Experian today and its updated!!!

    VODAFONE Multi Communica... Satisfactory Settled 31/10/2013

    You no longer have a defaulted or delinquent account on your credit report

    Its completely gone!!!

    Absolutely made up!!!
