Logbook loans the truth

A company that offers such loans know the high risk they puton the consumer, and if one were to care they would know the consumer will default. The reasonthe consumer defaults is clear tosay that a short term loan does not offer any security, and these loans are most of the time out of there budget so why offer . “ youare playing with the life of a personwho is struggling and needs the help of a professional , not a company who holds a licence which is beingused for one reason “GREED”.

The monthly payments A lender will offer are much higher than any other normal loan, why !!!! . “THE LENDER WILL SAY BECAUSE OF THEBIG RISK THEY TAKE” there is no risk forthe lender in any way if the consumer gives His/Her car as security and the saidvehicle is worth much more than offered, and with the agreement being a shortloan within 1-18 months the value of thevehicle will not drop suddenly , The Lender I am sure is aware of this. Theconsumer does not realise the affordability process behind the scenes, this is forthe lender as the affordability check used in the correct manner should decline the application in most given cases. Most consumers do not really have the affordabilityto pay such high monthly amounts for one reason or other, this is commonknowledge, for most consumers they need a loan to pay off others that havefallen behind, which are more likely to be of a less amount of the one which isoffered.

The loan companies know exactly what they are doing and forone reason only. THEY BRING U IN WITH FALSE ADVERTISING; THEY GIVE YOU THE LOAN,AND YOU ARE ACCEPTED. How does thatwork when you read the consumer has noemployment, or the consumer is bankrupted but is still ACCEPTED. The affordability check is for one purpose, and this is to protect the consumer, if you can’t afford the loan theAFFORDIBILITY PROCESS WILL TELL YOU. Please don’t blame consumers for walking intoa company for help, Most of the time the website will GIVE A APROOVAL, and thatis why they walk in to the finance company. Ask the question has anyone been refused the loan, if so I would liketo know the percentage.

The question is this!!!! The Loan is given by way of thesecurity of the let’s say vehicle. The vehicle is 99% worth more than thelender will borrow you, why is this !!!!, they go on cap average or cap poor. For a start THE LENDER is not playing fair already, the lender states it is against the vehicle you have. Wrong!!!!, does theconsumer know they are selling the car to the lender? For a sum of the fixed loan, ripped off!!!!!, thelender offers a repayment for such a large monthly amount for a short period oftime and the percentage is ridiculous, Remember theconsumer has already given the lender ahuge profit with the vehicle its self already.

We all need to lookat the bigger picture and the outcome if payments are not made. It is proventhat the lender has not been truthful to start, and with this I don’t feel thatthe lender will be truthful in the future. If the consumer does not make the payment on time or hell breaks andsuddenly within a short space of time a default goes out , once that happensall other regulations go out the window with the lender and the lender concentrateson the Security (The vehicle) repossession, the loan gets to a stage where youowe more than half borrowed again. Your car is gone, you lose your human writes to carry on yourlife as the car is most essential. IT chills me to the bone on knowing theaftermath of these loan sharks. You can state how you see it and blame who youwant, but the end of the day we all have problems in our life and some choseone route and some due to unfortunate circumstance has took the other. Which one is the write one????? If you chose the wrong path there stillshould be a protection to the consumer along the way which he should be allowedto follow for the sake of his family andthe protection every person deserves. . YOU GIVE A HIGH RISK FINANCE COMPANY ONE DOCUMENT WHICH HAS NO RELATIONS WITH OUR DAY AND AGE,THE SAID DOCUMENT WILL BE USED AS THESAME BUT IN FAVOUR TO THE COMPANY FOR THE POWER AND SHIELD IT SHINES ON GLARING DOWN ON ITS CONDEMNED, ONLY THE LENDER WILL KNOW THE FUTURE THAT LIESAHEAD , “ THIS DOESN’T LOOK GOOD ANDWILL NEVER END ‘ FOR THE LENDER CONTROLS, AFTER ONE MISTAKE “THEY GRAB TIGHTEN AND SQUEEZE EVERY LAST DROP WHY!!! THE ONLYSAFE GUARD A CONSUMER HAS IS IN THE LENDERS GRASPS !!!!.

ONLY WAY FORWARD ISGIVE THE CONSUMER A BETTER ROUTE AHEADAND LISTEN TO THE PROBLEMS THEY GIVE, LOOK AT THE WHOLE I AM SURE THE UNITEDKINGDOM WILL FIND WITHIN US ALL A SOLUTION INSTEAD OF WHAT IS NOW .

Too long winded, I got bored after a few sentences. Maybe you could condense it and speak only of facts, rather than emotional claptrap?

If you'd come here before taking the loan we would have told you what a bad idea it was.

Went on for too long, I was bored after the 4th sentence. A poll would have been a nice addition.

Have you taken 1 of these loans out Stevo996 ?

    What a load of waffle.

If you are going to try to rally the troops, at least learn to spell and get a new space bar.

All I could see were the mistakes.

Give the consumer a better route. Sell the car and buy a cheaper one?

If you cannot afford a loan that 1% the value of the car then you shouldn't take a loan.

    But life sucks. Sh.. happens.

Everyone knows the log book and payday loans are ripoffs but it doesnt stop people using them every day.

I have to admit I didn't read your whole essay but the bit above caught my eye when I was skimming down.

It's a nice idea that we as humans have a right to have a car but I am not convinced that this is the case, many people manage without one. If you offer your car as security for the loan then default on repaying the loan then losing the car cannot be that much of a surprise.

Look at it from the other side, if the borrower took money in the full knowledge that they would not be able to repay does this make them a 'borrower shark' (opposite of a loan shark)?

    human writes

How can you take someone seriously when they don't know the differance between 'writes' and 'rights'? (Apologies OP if English isn't your first language).
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.

Get some sleep, OP, instead of ranting at gone 2am.
  • Thanks, I will remember next time the concerns you have with my Spelling and Waffle, not to mention the spaces between words. I will also keep my story straight to the point. That said i still feel the urgency on what my SA talks about could be of more importance
