Please help - dont know what to get him!!!
Looking through different threads, there are lots of great ideas for women for 50th birthdays, but not so many for men. He insists he does not want a party, so I have organised a family meal. Also a night away in a nice hotel, and a meal out for just the two of us.
My problem is that I want to buy him something, but no idea what. He does not want an 'experience day' as I have dropped hints suggesting this. What have people bought their partners, or what presents have men received and they have loved (clean suggestions only!!).
Thanks for your help.

I bought my husband his own number plate, he was really pleased and something to keep forever0

Buy him a Scalextric or train set just for him to play silly devils with his mates and a few beers. If you have the space. I found that most men (sorry to the grown ups out there) want to play with toys they couldn't have as a child plus the fact it takes them back to when they weren't fifty! Although it does sound like you are doing a lot of nice things anyway.0
