hello all
Please can you help - I have 1005 points and have tried to cash out £25 Amazon Voucher for 847 points - but I'm getting a message saying
"Sorry, your cart total does not meet the minimum points to redeem. The minimum number of MarketPoints needed to redeem is 1,000"
Has anyone experienced this or any ideas on how to cash out.
Thanks

Hi.
there has been a thread a while ago about this,I think you still have to cash out in a total of over 1000 points (like we used to), so 847 Amazon plus some other reward so that the total redemption is 1000 or more.I waited till over 1100 points and took it in paypal the first time after the changes. What is the next level of points for Amazon vouchers?0 -
You've posted the answer in your own comment.

Your order needs to be 1,000 points or more to redeem, not your balance. I usually redeem £30 Paypal for around 1087 points.0 -
I have 1,005 points - am I going mad?0

You're just not understanding what they are saying
You have 1,005 points but the value of your order is not over 1,000 points, it is 847 points. I don't believe there is anything that is 1,000 points exactly, or 1,005 so you'd probably need to keep saving until 1087 points for £30 Paypal.
Let me know if this doesn't help and hope you get your cashout soon!0 -

No, you are not mad, it is very confusing that they now offer lower value rewards, but the total redemption across all rewards in any one transaction has to be more than 1000 points.0 -
I believe they offer smaller rewards to allow us variety but it IS ridiculous to not let us redeem say 250 points or whatever for something that is £5 or £10. They may as well have just kept all the redemptions at over 1,000 points each, rather than offering a variety of smaller denominations that can be mixed and matched and need to be added together to reach a minimum order total.0

Thanks all - I think I get it, basically I need to earn enough to cash out the £25 + another voucher at the same time. It really confusing, but thanks for all your explanations.0
