Aldi refund policy

Hope this is the right forum to put this on, wasn't sure where to put it!

I have items to return to Aldi and I know they have a pretty much unconditional 60 day refund policy. Does anyone know though, do you have to return the items to the store you bought from, or can it be any Aldi store?

I bought some items whilst at my mums about an hour away but need to return them, and have a local Aldi about ten minutes away which would obviously be much easier. Thanks

I would assume that you can take them back to any store as it is a chain. if you have a store that is close by, try it - worse they can say is no and you have to got over to your mums, if they accept the return, you've saved yourself a 2hr round trip.

Or call them before going to store?

I'm sure yo can return to any store.

I rang their customer services and the lady I spoke to didn't even know! She had to ring the store I intend returning the items to to check with the manager that it was alright (it was).
