Is this post blatant advertising, or did you just copy and paste from their web site??

Have you not been on the comps board before? Yes it was copied, so you can seen all the details and make a decision on if you want to click through to the site;)

Oh I see........it looked like kipper owned Bedstar:confused:

By the way the bed is only worth £300 to £350.......in fact I would only have a Silentnight if it was free, so if you win it, then you are getting it for about the right price.

Aren't they all versions of marketing/advertising?

(actually I'll put it back in)

And here's a link to the bed at the price as stated in the comp

This is the link to the bed shown in the picture http://www.bedstar.co.uk/shop/catalog/Silentnight_Simplicity_Low_End_5FT_Kingsize_Wooden_Bedstead-p-23512.html

Bedstar are very expensive, and seem to have inflated the price for this competition.

Here is a link for the same bed for £335 (and it was the first result when I googled it, so there are probably loads of others cheaper): http://www.bedworld.net/beds_mattresses/SILSIMLOW06--KINGSI/Silentnight_Simplicity_With_Low_Foot_End_Bed_Frame.html

At the end of the day it's just a way to get more people on their junk e-mail marketing list.

  • I think you're looking at prices for the low end bed which is not what this bed is. I've edited my earlier post to show the correct link to the bed in this comp prize.

I think most of us are aware of the possibility of marketing emails from companies from who we enter their comps. I personally think one that price matches (and throws in 2 pillows! lol) is actually one that is competitive. If you don't want the marketing email then don't enter the comp.

    Thanks for posting it Kipper!

My god, enter the comp if you want to win a bed which will cost you nothing but worth some where in the range of £100-£700.
