Hi,

Does anyone have a 01 or freephone number for CSA Dudley?

Fed up chasing them and having to pay for the privilege too. Have checked noto0870 but there's no up to date info

The number you need to call depends on when your CSA case was opened.
So the CSA can direct your call to the best person to deal with your case, you will need to enter:

• the numbers from your National Insurance number – so if your National Insurance number is AB 123456 C you will need to enter 123456
• your date of birth as a six-digit number – so if your date of birth is 3 May 1988 you should enter 030588 when asked.

Yes - but they arent FREE phone numbers which is what i asked for

Dont think we offer free numbers, i assumed the 0845 from a landline was free, could be wrong, worst comes to worst just ask for a callback the moment you get through, we have to do these.
