Ideas for Christmas cards to make with young children

Does anyone have any simple ideas for Christmas cards I could make with my children (aged 3 and 5) - they love making cards. Last year I found an idea on here which involved making a brown handprint into a reindeer just by sticking on a red nose and some googly eyes. I am looking for something similar to do so we can make lots of cards simply (and cheaply!). Doesn't have to involve a handprint.

You could cut green card into Christmas tree shapes(ie triangles) then use stickers/ sticky stones etc or finger paints as baubles to decorate.

I'm sorting ours right now..

white card shaped like a snowman.. stick on cotton wool balls and appropriate sticky shapes.. orange triable, ribbon scarf, felt hat, black dots for eyes and buttons.. and glitter!

Red card.. 2 handprints like angel wings and white triablge dress in the middle with gold pipe cleaner halo and glitter.

coloured card.. white handprint beard with small circles stickers.. red nose, pink cheeks, black mouth and googly eyes. red sticky paper or painted hat with white pompom

brown footprint with red nose at the heel and googly eyes and cream or black hand prints for antlers

green hand print or sticky triangle tree with glitter, jewel stickers or whatever with a star on top.. finger prints of various panted colours also make lovely baubles.

coloured card.. make a paper snowflake add glitter.
