Who will debts belong to now...

Hi all,
So, after running into some trouble 2/3 years ago I was struggling keeping payments up since finding myself living alone, I stopped paying and stupidly and regretfully just buried my head in the sand.
Since I live at a different address now, I have no idea which debts have been sold on and who they may belong to.
As an example of my query, I had a Very and Littlewoods account, Very I can log into and it has a balance and account details etc still there with the option to pay, but Littlewoods comes up with an access unavailable page, please call this number.
So my question is, does this mean Very still own the debt, but Littlewoods may have sold theres on?
Thanks in advance.
