Why won't Scottish Power bill me?

I enter meter readings into the SP web site at the end of every month. The last bill that was available to me online was for the 31 July readings. I've emailed and phoned SP numerous times in the last 2 months and each time someone says that they'll get the bills there; but nothing happens. Has anyone any idea who I can contact to get these bills?

Mine works OK - I send a reading every month on 1st and a new bill gets generated within a day or so. They've also been adjusting the DD to account for it every few months so it goes up & down like a yo-yo and they now owe me money.

So I can't really offer any assistance

works ok for me also, put readings in on 15th, because that when my DD is paid in, get an online summary and account available within 3 days.

I've been with SP for a couple of years now and been getting bills every time I sent meter readings (every month) and not had any problems until now.

There used to be a SP Rep who wrote on this site, does anyone know how to get in touch with him, or anyone else in SP who doesn't work in their call centre?
