Mag daily videos not playing??

Is anyone else having difficulty with the mag dailies today? I do often have issues with the odd one not playing, but today I can't get any videos to play! It just goes to a little black screen with a "play" arrow on, but nothing happens

I find if I use the back button and resubmit it usually works, you may have to do it more than once.

hi, I've had a few like that, I kept pressing the play arrow on quickly 2/3 times then clicked refresh (F5) quickly & they started working again,
you have to do it quickly one after the other & they'll start playing,
on the gaviscon one the vid stops at 7 secs so if you catch it on the 7 secs, put your mouse on the time, click & the vid will start working & countdown to 2 secs, then click on the 2 & it should countdown & go through,
if it doesn't refresh again & it'll go through,
I've done that on all the ones that the vids froze/didn't start this morning & then they all worked,

I've had the odd one or two this past week and could only get it to work by refreshing the page. They've then played and given me the standard congratulation message.

I've just phoned them up :eek: as emails never get replied to & moaned about them,
lady said she's get their tech team to look at them :eek:

These videos are a pain still for me. Even when you refresh they still sometimes take about 10 attemps. Giving up with them but glad its not only me. Hope they soon get it sorted, wonder what causes it!!!

Videos driving me nuts. Sommetimes taking 10 attemps or more at refreshing to work Some of them not working even them. Wonder if its the mags or my machine! Anybody else still having trouble.

With Adblock Plus enabled I've found that it skips the videos and goes straight to the 'Your answer was correct' page.
