Hi,
Has anyone tried applying for the 95% Help to Buy Scheme Government Guarantee (existing homes) via Natwest.
It's 4.99% for 2 years fixed with no fee....
Is the application process long winded?
Looking 125k house and 118k MTG
Thanks

Is there anything to watch out in terms of catches/conditions that are unusual or you wouldn't expect from any other mortgage?0

There's no difference from a borrowers perspective. The scheme itself relates to matters between Lenders and the Treasury.0
