Dip

We recently has a DIP from the nationwide. This took three weeks due to some issues in my credit past. After going through everything with a fine tooth comb and having six months payslips bank statements they accepted it. We are now going for a full mortgage tomorrow and wondered as it was investigated so much for the DIP are they likely to turn down the mortgage

Its unlikely.
If they have done it all at DIP stage you would hope its more of a formality at app stage.
If they were going to decline it, they would have declined it. Its waste of your time and theirs to accept it knowing they will decline it when you make a full app.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
