Raggydoll this is my 1st month on here! I cant believe how well I have done :) a lot of it has been luck, my sealed moneybox was filled to the brim so I opened that and my aunt gave me some money but I have also listed things on ebay and Ive just found out Ive got £10.60 to spend in sada due to wombled receipts :)

the lady didnt turn up for the pram *frustrating* I'll message her again but not sure how long to wait til I approach the second highest bidder - any ideas?

I have had a taste of this with my first buyer on Facebook (only this month!) it's such a pain but I think you have to just possibly give them the benefit of the doubt, especially if they have young kids, personally I think I would give them 2 to 3 days after sending a very polite message to ask when they can make it. On the group I'm in it says members will be chucked out after 2 no-shows.

With mine a woman was supposed to be coming and didn't show and she was all like 'oh what a scatterbrain I am LOL' on the inside I was cross at being messed about and 2 days later it still wasn't sorted so I dropped my items off with her to save any more messing about.

I haven't put anything on eBay for collection as I didn't want the hassle.

With other buyers I have sent numerous messages and they say they haven't got them, but apparently they go into a folder called 'other' if you aren't Facebook friends so for me, that held things up.

Hope this ramble may help a little and I hope you get your money soon xx

    Rampant Recycler Debt-free and Proud!
Had a bit of a convoluted making money day today.

Firstly I had forgotten to add in the money I saved buying some thermal curtain linings for my spare room (last room without thermals poor thing) as I snaffled them in a charity shop for £5 instead of £ 17.99 at Dun*elm. Problem is they are way too big but lady who does alterations wanted £ 10 to resize and so am going to do myself! Bought cotton for £1 today.;)

Secondly I have £30 vouchers for John L and have wanted a decent George Fore* for absolutely ages - price £89.99. The DH said that he would give me the £60 for Chrissy so I looked online and they are on offer for --- £49.99 and I have ordered for Sat. :D

    So saved £12.99 on linings
    £ 9.00 on alterations (cotton cost £1)
    £40.00 on grill
    made £ 4.00 on surveys

    Grand total = £ 65.99 YIPEE :j

Hope you all have a grrrrrrreat Friday !!

Just doing another post quickly as I'm on 666!

Things have quietened down for me on extra money making front in last couple of days but I am up to £67 worth of ms assignments, I had three days of lunch out in a row :) -- payment not counted yet and some will go into next month I think. I am still chasing £100 cashback from PC World and £50 from a friend from a sale which is a bit awkward.

I have 14 items listed on Ebey and I reckon around half or a little more will sell and I'm estimating £15 from those sales. I have put a Monsoon dress and a John Rocha at Debenhams dress on (while these are my only decent ones I don't really wear them. . .), plus a couple of chunky knitted tops and all of them have watchers. I have signed up to a new ms agency and am hopefully sorting 2 old laptops to sell. Qmee got me 5p today I think for searching PC World Cashback.

I still have piles of books to sort through, and I'm going to sell our Wii. I did 6p of Adpoints today, I wanted to get the extra points they flag up on a Thursday but tend to do most on a Sunday evening. I've sold 50p short of £50 of stuff on Facebook so far, but I know my prices are on the low side, I sold an old typewriter for £5 plus petrol money, such a bargain but it turned out the lady had arthritis and couldn't use a pen, I am stressing now, I really don't think I should have took her money, perhaps I should back that up and send it her back. I sold a car seat, again for a fiver, the lady couldn't believe her luck, but I just couldn't justify selling it for more when it has been gathering dust in our loft for 10 years!

But I have been working so hard at work, I really can't wait for the weekend. Rumour has it that I can actually pay myself this month.

    £26.15 share dividends.

$5 from Swagbuck and $1 from Instagc - both as Amazon codes.

I'm waiting on cash from Ciao - about £16 and will request a Dooyoo £20 Amazon code this week.

    Lots to catch up on.

Got 30 items on ebay, but hardly any watchers and only 1 with bids so not expecting an ebay windfall thiss weekend. Will all be re-listed tho. Funny how some weeks i have LOADS of watchers then other weeks NONE! :o
