Hi, Can you explain Wombled reciepts for me please, I've seen it on here a few times but don't understand how you do it??

    Thanks x:D:Dx

ok a word of warning about wombled receipts. If you are looking to get points put onto another account, ie T£sco or Sainsbobs they are very strict about this and their T&C state they can and will take away your loyalty card.

So while it is fine to add one or two a week, don't go crazy and take 10 at a time.

The ones that HOK3Y refers to is A$da receipts. They have something called the a4da p4ice guar4ntee. you go online, enter the barcode at the bottom of the receipt and hopefully they were not 1o% cheaper than their competitor and you get a receipt to print with a value on that you can spend in a2da.

you need to keep the orignal receipt with you r printout to hand in.

a word of warning don't use ones where they have paid with creditc ards or debit cards.....

  • Hi All, used to regularly do this challenge a few years ago under a different user name. I managed to clear all my debts through challenges such as this and tight budgeting.

Have managed to keep on track financially until just recently when I can feel my good habits slipping so I'd like to join in this month to nip things in the bud.

I always found this a lovely supportive thread so I'm looking forward to being part of it again :-)

I count savings against my budget and money earned.

So far this month I have:
    - saved £10 pm by joining a cheaper gym
    - sold my old mobile on envirofone - £12.10 incl. cashback
    - Sold an old ds through musicmagpie - £13.48

    Total £35.58
Shifting my energy for 2020 :heart::heart:
