Tomtom won't start on S3 mini

For the last few days I've been having loads of problems with my S3 mini. Last night I did a manufacturers re-set and re-installed everything. Unfortunately Tomtom has will no longer work. It looks like it's starting but then it just goes back to the phone screen. After a few seconds the icon appears in the top bar, but then a few seconds later it disappears again. No matter how long you leave it, it still doesn't start. It just drains the battery. I've tried to uninstall and re-install it but it's still doing the same thing.
