Hi
Are there any mortgage calculators out there which can calculate how much I will owe on my mortgage after my 5 year fix is up?
Thanks

The MSE one will do that:

Thanks - which one specifically?
I want to put in my current balance, my fixed rate (fixed for five years) and my monthly repayments and then see what the balance will be in 2018...
I can't see that in any of the calculators unless I'm missing something0 -
Just plonk your amount+rate in and click calculate and it will show you the balance outstanding after each year0

Found it!
Cheers - don't know why my bank wouldn't tell me how much I'd be owing when I last fixed0 -

you set to interest only the payment you are making and term of fix.
it will show how much you still owe.0
