She shot in the house and I've spent the last 10 minutes looking for her
She was cowering under my bed, she came down briefly with lots of encouragement and with one loud bang, she's gone straight back up under my bed again
Ahhhh I really feel for pets at this time of year.
My little one is a proper scaredy cat, but luckily, the fireworks don't seem to bother him, thank god!0 -

The way they try to hurt, annoy, sadden, bully and just generally try to 'p' people off annoys me and it is crazy that in general they are allowed to continue, yet if we overreact to the bait that they set, we are the ones who end up in trouble.
I think there are therefore only two ways forward (at least for me)..
1. Kill them with kindness. Reply to the drivel in their posts with kind, helpful comments. Who knows, maybe under their harsh exteriors there are lovely caring, sharing people trying to get out.;)
2. Use the ignore button.
Hi i personally think if we all just ignore and not respond to the posts that they put up they will eventually get the hint and booger off and that would be :T news to a lot of genuine lovely people on this thread....... AS WE ARE FAMILY AND ALL STICK TOGETHER.....:)it's been a while but i'm back & ready to rumble 2016 :j0 -
Have you read the above post, whilst some of you might be merrily carrying on and enjoyin the thread others aren't able to because they are being targetted above and beyond a few unkind words.
If/when it happens to you would like to be told to just move on and not to fight back.
I thought more of the people on here but seems 'I'm alright Jack' is the motto.
Don't forget also that some people are only interested in continuously highlighting the faults of others and having pops at peeps who haven't been on the forum very long and not being seen to be one of the 'in crowd' - thereby ensuring the friction continues unabated.0 -

I'm so sorry this is happening to you flo:(

FloFlo I agree it is NOT alright for anyone to target another person like this. I'm sure the majority of people on this thread are disgusted by the thoughtless, selfish, cruel actions of a small minority.
For what it's worth, I don't accept any justification of the nastiness, even if someone has a mental health issue their behaviour is not acceptable.
If you have any doubts people then read this especially the bit about ignoring bullying:

I'm sorry that I can't put my feelings about bullies on here, I'm sure I'd be PPR'd if I did.

Sounds lush.
I am in the process of googling iron rich recipes. Doc has just informed me I am anaemic
I am thinking of home made soup with beans and lentils in.
I don't like liver, kidney etc so that's out the window, though I do eat plenty of green veg
It's not a recipe and don't know if this would help you but I am taking a liquid iron supplement called Spatone, You can buy it in B**Ts. and does not have the same side effects as the tablets.
If you get the one with apple juice you don't need the vitamin C at the same time. I was just run down and kept taking cold after cold but feeling better just now. HTH0 -

And some joined in a discussion that didn't concern them and perhaps should take their own advice.0 -

celebrations, quality street, eclairs and wine gums half price from tomorrow also.
Oo... naughty me back again!:D (How dare I write prices down instore so that many people can save money and be able to choose which are the best deals to buy?:rotfl:)
I'll start on my updating of the M list - the one that one of their stores didn't want you to see:D - fairly soon! (Hopefully:o.) Very quietly now:
The Quality Street only (not the others) are on offer in M - says until 17/11. (Although the treatsize Twirl Bars - do not get confused by me! - earlier in the year were £1 in M and supposed to be for a number of weeks but didn't seem to me to last that long. As for Treatsize bags at the moment not necessarily Twirl - last I saw was that they are £1 in Sains (so Avs S), whilst M might not want me to obtain the price but I can tell you it's double that amount. Avoid in M it seems to me!)
T's 'half price' will be £2. Quietly now (not available Northern Ireland sadly):
Quality Street 350g carton £1.88. Avs M (or Tvs M).0 -

Oh that sounds good.
Will have a look out for that tomorrow.
Is it expensive?
I have bought some tabs today in the hope that they help to build me back up to feeling awake and slightly well again!
I want results like tomorrow though :rotfl:0
