Morning all. Hope everyone is ok this chilly morning.

Achico order arrived yesterday, so they're still coming. DH says was delivered by woman in a car with her kid in seat, so not sure who they're using, he had to sign for it so all legit. Huge box for relatively small packages

    Morning paw sniffers,

Flo you are absolutely right when you say small minority.

I guess we've all heard of the 20/80 Pareto rule

I think it's more like the 1/99 rule on here

I sincerely hope that it's a peaceful day on the thread and the majority of decent, helpful posters make THEIR voices heard and not the one or two who post in such a provocative way.

    :T:T

So well put TM, and so kindly and thoughtfully worded :)

    Morning all.

I suppose I should be pleased to be inside, but I would rather be going to Asda to finish off my prezzie list :D

Is Dave Morton guest of honour at your ironing party ? :D:D

I have some news re our friend Mad :(

Its not good I'm afraid. He is very poorly and is being treated in hospital.

I have asked that his family tell him he is very much missed and MSE are rooting for him to get better.

Thanks for the update thrifty, our thoughts are with him and family

  • Morning all.

Sarahdoll, if you look on the Citizens Advice Bureau's Adviceguide site you will find template letters which virtually write themselves, they prompt you to add the required information the produce the letter for you. Hope this helps you, definitely worth complaining.
