SEL was 3 for £5 but MSM didn't show multibuy for me, so thought it would compare against T's 3 for £5. It has!

Right, I suppose I'm a little bit disappointed (don't take much from this) that my being requested to leave a store got straight out rather than surfacing as a bit of a rumour, before I could post to confirm, yes indeed, it happened.

BANNED from Morrisons!! First time I've ever been asked to leave a supermarket (other than obviously the usual closing time that everyone gets) and to have that now perhaps as a bit of a badge of honour!

So here's my 'coming back from Morrisons' post:

Well I did end up going to Morrisons - or, rather, for reasons that will be explained - have already been explained - two different Morrisons tonight. I perhaps wish I hadn't, as maybe I would still have been going if this had been the normal Wednesday rather than Monday.

In any event, when I reached after the chocolates aisle, several members of staff happened to be filling shelves, just working normally etc., and one of them, as I passed, asked me want I was doing. To which I replied: "Taking prices". This person, who turned out to have a badge on identifying as the deputy manager, replied, in normal and non-threatening tone, "You are not allowed to do that" and then said they'd have to ask me politely to leave. One of the other members of staff though, who were obviously junior, said the deputy manager was "just joking".

I therefore entered the next aisle and continued regardless, as I was unsure whether the deputy manager was being serious or just having a joke.

The D.M. caught up with me several aisles later however and said I'd have to leave and that they "would pick up [me] up by [my] legs and carry me out" if I didn't leave. (Well, I suppose if a store doesn't want you on their premises, they're entitled to ask you to leave and, if you don't, can also use force to do so.)

I explained that I didn't know whether they had meant it seriously as the other member of staff said they were joking. The D.M. told me they were being serious. With that, I simply walked down the aisles to the entrance of the store and left.

(As usual, me always meekly cowering and never putting up a dispute:o:o.)

I then drove to another M store and continued to take prices from the rest of the aisles in that store, albeit with more difficulty as it is an unfamiliar store and having to go back and forth to different aisles in different places etc. and very surreptitiously. Later I felt perhaps a bit naughty, taking all this secret and forbidden information that the previous M store obviously didn't want me to take!

It obviously was a bit more difficult, with the aisles all over the place, but I sort of remembered the main SP/Value equivalent items and whether or not they were still same price as before, and the offers that remained the same, they didn't seem to be much change that had occurred in those remaining aisles (more than half the store), so it's still alright and I got a couple of further offers that did seem to be new - got info. of the general prices of the JFs etc. (£4 each), so I've got still a rather good M collection which will take us to the weekend.

(Technically it expires on Wednesday, but Wednesday usually only sees, if it sees much new at all, a few new offers that weren't on on the Monday whilst the vast amount of pricing remains unchanged compared to Monday - may be the odd one or two items, currently on offer, that suddenly go back to M being more expensive. But anyway, should be mostly alright...)

I won't promote anything in M;):p but did notice the Goodfellas Superiore appear *no* longer to be on offer. Couldn't find out whether the R White Lemonade Lollies (3 pack), noted at £1 in the now off-limits store:rotfl: last week, are still £1 or not. Not available in new store - and sadly this store also shuts an hour earlier. So - folks - open to you to give me the prohibited information about the current price of those lollies in Mr Ms!

I'll update the 'Morries list' as usual, based on 'whatever information I have'!:):)

Many thanks - and no apology from me for something that's not my fault:rotfl::p:rotfl::rotfl:.

I'm riding out that "ban" (or, rather, the being asked to leave) with a bit of excitement at the tabooness of it all now:rotfl:.

:(:(:(Not happy it's the last comprehensive list.

Just letting you know, the SP Hot Choc and the SP Coffee - here it is, sadly, M's price increase on the equivalents now, so I've already crossed them out on the list. Will get to the updating in due course - still a fairly good collection tonight!
