So DM.... are we going to see the hissing snake!

I notice many of Mr T's offers end tomorrow 5/11. Does anyone know the likelihood of things comparing throughout the day please? For example, Heinz beans 2 for £4 ends tomorrow, Mr Muscle also ends tomorrow.
Many thanks.0 -

I think a lot of people missed them:(. Constantly fielding questions at the weekend about (or people posting asking on) things that had already been answered by my report post on the Wednesday night (or Thursday early hours if I ever got to it:o):rotfl::rotfl:.0 -

You can expect lipstick adverts then....
Wonder if they will target hair colourants to those whose roots are showing, or skin firming products to the faces with wrinkles. And the guys won't be exempt. Designer stubble? Expect ads for shaving foam.
Was thinking of boycotting their petrol stations on principles of consumer freedom, but I might have to try it out now, just to see what I get !!:rotfl:“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

I live in a grey world. Whilst I believe I choose to live there, in reality I have never met a perfect people, and only have met 2 genuinely evil people in my life. Therefore we all live in the grey. The shade of grey changes dependent on many different factors, we shake the dice and live with the consequences. But we do not have the right to be critical of others, or indeed, overly aggressive of others as we have not walked a step in the other person's shoes! So crack the music on, pop the snakes and lets talk bilge!
Well said...respect to you. As my dad always reminds me ..before you criticise someone..think of what you are yourself0 -
No-one should ever allow anyone else to push them away from this or any other thread - although I do realise some are weaker than others. This other person you refer to must be having a cheery old laugh at the results his/her comment has brought about. I don't know what was said but we should always try and rise above criticism and nonsense.
Has it occured to you that in denying this other person knowledge of any glitch you may unearth you also deprive all your online friends of it also?
If you don't wish to be here anymore then good luck to you but I for one would never allow some online creep to dictate where I post or share my thoughts.Zappo - there is nothing weak about Flo and its not fair to suggest that she is being weak in this instance. Flo is certainly missed by many of us but she must do what feels right for her and your post does come over as rather critical by suggesting that you consider she is being selfish and weak. Flo doesn't need any more hassle - leave her in peace and, hopefully, she will come back when and if she feels ready.
My post was fair and accurate and I stand by it. Perhaps you should re-read it if you are in any doubt about that. To my mind anyone who lets another person drive them away from an online thread is indeed of weak character. If a thousand people were looking to me for help and inspiration in any particular way and I walked away from them because someone wrote something online about me then I too could rightfully be called weak, even selfish. So be under no illusion about that very plain and simple fact. I don't agree with people offending others - be it online or anywhere else - but these are people we are never going to see or meet in life. They are no real threat to anything but our self-esteem. Perhaps some people, after chatting online for a period of time, get so wrapped up in their self-importance that when someone comes along with an alternate or critical viewpoint they find it impossible to come to terms with. We are adults and if at times some don't behave like it that is no cause to become extreme in our own behaviour.0 -

That's a wonderful post (till the bilge point, not much interested in that --- oh, go on then, I did my fair share of bilge some weekend overnights). No, it's a wonderful post - very thought provocative! Interesting - I might use it in a thesis or other once my specialist subject focuses onto it again!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T0 -
