    I wish I understood the msm system. Some items not showing at all when I search for them (s and g). Some items show up but say n/a (shower shine). Snakes don't show up when I search and haven't for days yet reported as working yesterday.

    Someone please explain - my head is about to explode. :(

    Citrus lime is showing as 2 for 2 on msm for me. But neither the shower shine or the asda pink grapefruit that were triggers appear at all. We all seem to see different things when we check msm. Find it all very confusing!
