Invite as many friends as you can, then maybe OH, Kids etc. It is a bit frustrating because we will invite families, so one email will get 4 people attending.

I have no problem with finding peeps to attend, i can do that with the kids and their friends, the problem i have is i dont have 10 peoples email addresses and the email states that they will only forward the pack once they have received all 10 invites back

If they are your friends on facebook, they will have a facebook email address on the "about" page. If they don't have email at all, you could create one for them using gmail/ yahoo/ hotmail....

As you know I sent to Mad a card on behalf of the Elite a few days ago but alas have heard nothing. I know a couple of people that were friendly with him - I will email them to see if they have heard anything.

ETA - emailed a couple of people. Will update if I hear anything.
