Thanks - I don't normally shop in T's except for BNI's Was first time I'd been instore for about 2 weeks. I've only got 1 PP now, just rinsing and repeating that.

Shame about the BNI but I do have a small freezer full & Dr O has started too - so need room for those too! Hopefully one of the big 4, other than Asda, will discount them soon.

Today I have had a 'last supper' of bad foods to say goodbye to my old unhealthy habits. I'm a size 8/10 but not at all fit and healthy.

I'm not doing 5:2 just gonna eat right and get back to the gym but the successes you guys have had have been a real motivating factor for me. The reality of it is, if I don't change then nothing will. Thanks to everyone who has posted about their progress

Searched this morning as was doing a c&c shop. Even tried korma and jalfrezi as they normally come up with meal deal. Wonder if it's finished again?
