Without getting into an argument re the rights & wrongs of striking I would say our Firemen do a wonderful job and is not something I would like any member of my family to do. The things they have to deal with.

A little one in the family says he would like to be a fireman when he grows up. I hope he changes his mind.

They do a wonderful job, and if they day ever comes that I need them, I wouldn't give a toss how old they are.

My 10 year old nephew wants to be a fireman like his dad. He doesn't understand that it's not my brothers main job or why he does it. I'd quite like him to change his mind too :o

    Morning all. :o

Need my 4p sunglasses this morning. :cool2:

Off to make a strong black tea:coffee:

Good job I bought some Finest Assam from Ts last night. Prices seem to be all over the place on this one.

I got the 50 tea bags old packaging 69p earlier this week, and I do remember them being reported 34p but not in my store. Last night noticed the 100 bags were £1.29 so bit cheaper and then saw the price of the new style packaging 100 bags and they were £1.19.

Will try find a pic but barcode for now ends 2182.

All the other finest teas are way more expensive so not sure what is going on.

what time did you sign for delivery please. I signed for cc at about 9.40am and still waiting for page to say collected.

With an online order can the apg only be used against another online order whether it be delivered or click and collect. Is this apg a form of credit against the account and could the monthly limit be exceeded if there are two accounts at the same address. I'm only asking as always shopped in store rather than on the web. Many thanks.

Found the Assam online should be £2.39 box but SEL in my Extra was £1.19 and they scanned that.

    It's this box:

online apgs can be used for cc or delivery. it will be added to your on line account evouchers. normally by early evening Tuesdays.
the t&c state £100 per household but I expect if you got 2 accounts they would not be linked (I don't know just guessing)
I have only just started cc with sada because of the £15 apg two snakes produce. I don't have to deal with any confused sa's its all automated

Idea's?? Don't go beige on the stairs, go darker, even if only slightly.
    LL

    :p

I need to go carpet shopping, I have been putting it off for a year! but need to cover the stairs for winter..... has anyone got any ideas, recommendations. I'm thinking plain, beige, hardwearing and cheap.

The hallway is white, with bright pink furniture.

    :p:p
We are all in the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars........................

Thank you, I'm considering CC for the same reason as a £15 + voucher in my store will arouse unwanted attention.
