    Thanks for all your replys, I think the VATable product is the answer, i have some on my receipt against items that are definately NOT on any sort of multi-buy.

    Can anyone remember the qualifying dates that clicksnap were offering double cashback?
    I have had some goodwill payments but seem to be missing a hell of a lot more, I will give it until after the weekend to contact them but just want to make sure i have my facts right before querying it...

    I had the voucher for a free tub of finest ice cream, I can highly recommend the fudge one! It didn't last more than 2 sittings unfortunately..! :rotfl:
