DD just called. Got al the way to Birmingham ( 2 hours) and just as they were parking they saw on twitter the gig was cancelled. Apparently one of them is ill! Funny that after all the pics of them partying till 3.00a.m. this morning after not winning Mercury prize!
In order to claim on their insurance band usually leave it this late to cancel. Not really fair on the fans though.
