  • Been looking at what some of you have been saying about the hudl. I've bought one for Christmas present, not sure whether to keep it or take it back and get the Samsung galaxy 2 tab, which is in Argos at £109.99 then you get 2 x £10 vouchers (it is on 10 ways).
It would be used mainly for bbc i player, facebook, twitter and they would want to download the kindle app. Would either of these be sufficient for this or maybe something different? At moment dd just uses her phone but would like something with a bigger screen to watch I player. Thank you.

Ooooh that's good . And easier than my looong-winded instructions I posted the other day.:rotfl:

Don't know why anyone still posts 20 per page, takes so much longer to keep reloading pages.

Evening to everyone and hoping you are all well.

Just a question regarding the Achica orders at the end of Sept. I put in an order for 4 tins of shortbread biscuits, and the confirmation email said they would be delivered the week 12-17th october. When I check my Achica account, so far the items are saying payment has been accepted, and items have not been received at warehouse.

Just wanted some advice - should I contact Achica, to ask about the order or should I hang on? I am a little worried as I used the voucher code, but didn't pay any money on the order. Some advice would be much appreciated, as I was hoping to give them as xmas pressies.

    TIAx

    evening all :)

I have seen a few similar queries to this in various places. It's your choice what you do. Some people used the voucher code and paid no money at all. I did, I received a couple of orders and didn't receive a couple. Some people paid a small amount of money towards orders when using the voucher code as well.

I Personally feel if you have taken advantage of a glitch and lost no actual money, you were taking a chance and if you get the goods that's great. If you don't, you have lost nothing. I wouldn't personally go chasing something I never paid for in the first place.

That's glitching. sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. You must do what you feel is right

A while ago I asked if you would vote for my lovely daughter in a photo contest.
Today she was declared the winner, so thank you all so much, I have been doing the same for those on here trying to win in their comps, it's such a boost to win something like this.
My daughter and 8 friends and of course me, will all get a luxury manicure.
Thank you all again, every little helps :-)))))

Congratulations, pleased for you, hope you all have a lovely time.

Incidentally out of my 4 achica orders I didn't get the one thing I really wanted. A sundial for my garden :D don't know why? I just really wanted it

Then we have days like Monday (?) when I have £300 (allegedly ) of memory foam toppers delivered for the princely sum of £2.95 :D

    Swings and roundabouts :)
