For the second time this week I've been transferred to Tesco CS cos my Double up Finest Wine coupons wouldn't scan ! But yet again, I seem to have come out pretty well.

I got 1 Finest meal deal with a chicken pie and Garnacha plus a side and a pudding. Added on 3 more Garnacha plus half a dozen small choclate/veg fillers. My final total was just over £30 less 70p off my chicken pie (another voucher). Neither of my 2 £10 double up wine coupons would scan. After much faffing about at CS, they gave up and said I should give them the £29.xx odd in cash and they would ten take the 2 x £10 vouchers and give me £20 back. So I gave her a double points coupon and my last £9.50 PP from my shop earlier this week plus a £20 note. She gave me a few pence change, then took my 2 £10 coupons - and gave me back my £20 note that I had just given her plus a new £10 PP. I seem to have got a complete meal deal plus 3 bottles of £7.99 wine plus around £1 worth of fillers for just £10 worth off CC vouchers - and also made an extra 50p on my old PP. I'm not quite sure how that worked but I wasn't going to argue about it.

They are 3 for £5 in Asda, and 4 for £5 in Tesco. Not sure what the best amount to buy is. Didn't want to go for 12 incase it didn't work.
  • I got 12 mixed yesterday and was fine :)

Does crabbies work in Scotland? The 4 for 5 and 3 for 5 aren't showing on either T.com or A.com for me.
