Mine only started in sept, but also started in middle of the night and rushed myself to hosp at 7am.
I am also violently sick when I have the attacks.
My pain is usually my chest and my back too but is so severe it's actually hard to pinpoint where the pain is.
Nothing works for me to ease the pain at all other than morphine but when I was admitted my gallbladder was also infected
I would def suggest you go to your gp as the only real way to diagnose is with a scan.
And as miffie says, it is soooo hard to find a trigger.
Some people even suggest water has triggered for them and I know that coffee can sometimes do it for me.
Get yourself checked out if it happens again
