I definitely need to be much more active, up until this year I have always been running around after someone whether it be my girls or my mum.
Funny you should say about walking though as I did go out for 15 minute one yesterday evening and the sun is out again blue skies all around. :j So looks like I might do the same again today. Walking around Ts is just not vigorous enough. :rotfl:

I was thinking this.
The single box I got yesterday was just a light work out (I had DS2 in the trolley too though)

I was just coming on to post this. Ive had my mag delivered this morning with the joy card in. My magazine is free, I won the subscription in a comp. I also remember the winning codes being generic. I think I'll hold off until we find out what the codes are worth until I redeem mine. Not worth the hassle of going into town and petrol/parking if it's only £3.
Oh good morning0 -
Sorry if your screen went huge earlier :rotfl:
It was me I tried to post a different pic and  it went way huge so I deleted quick0 -
