I reckon the card for mad is a lovely idea.

It is sad, but the reality is that these people exist and I meet them most days and if only rehab would address the problems.... normally it causes more problems for many different reasons.

But I have to say that I am impressed by the Romanian houses.... allow me my illusions of there being an actual reward for this crime as in my life it normally undertaken for drugs/alcohol which is so sad.
