I had a flyer through the post today from Iceland saying if I spend £15 in two transactions from today to 24th Nov, I will have £5 credited onto my bonus card between 6th - 20th Dec.
I think if you spend more at Iceland, you will need to spend more and get more money credited onto your bonus card as the print where it states £15 and £5 on my flyer is different to the Christmas Bonus.
I will probably stock up on teabags, washing detergent and softdrinks if there are good offers during this period and perhaps £10-15 on actual food.

Just had an email saying if I spent £8 a week for the next 4 weeks they will credit my bonus card with £5.

Since August I've spent over £120 on online orders with Iceland and no-one has even offered me a bonus card let alone money off0

if you go instore they always offer you one and have them piled up on cashiers desk - you can also apply online if you look around the site.
We got spend £26 four times in a row for £10.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives.:j0 -
They seem a better return than other stores. Bit off topic but did anyone watch the Iceland programme? The guy who runs it seems to reward his staff well. I'd be a convert if I had a freezer!0

My flyer said spend £10 for three weeks to get £5.
Would rather spend the £30 over two weeks.0 -
Mine came through the post and was 5 x £11 shops to get £6. Not a bad deal as I'll probably spend it anyhow. Better than flipping tesco who keep wanting me to spend £40+.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

I watched it and thought that about the boss too. Our local one is in a bit of an awkward place, but recent demolition has opened up an area for car parking, so no excuses now.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

I watched it, I took an instant liking to Malcolm Walker. You don't need to have a freezer/ice box to shop at Iceland, I'd say most online shops I do have very little frozen food.
Iceland is 50p cheaper than Waitrose for Burgen bread and 89p cheaper than Tesco for Hayward's Piccalilli for example plus 20 full size sponge scourers for £1 and 4 kitchen rolls for £1 are good too.0 -

I watched it too and felt that they deserved supporting so I went to Iceland yesterday. The trouble is that there's so little in there that I can't get better value elsewhere (like frozen veg and fish in Farmfoods) or I wouldn't want to buy (like frozen ready meals). Unfortunately my store 'refurbished' recently and that meant making the bread shelves really tiny and Burgen disappeared!
I came out with a little bag (£1) of mini spring rolls as a treat for DH with our otherwise healthy stir-fry and two packets of Flora (£1 with % extra free) and I've tried a loaf of Kingsmill wholemeal (no complaints yet;)). I'll go back and get piccalilli as DH likes it at Christmas and I might get marinated salmon.
What sort of things do people buy in Iceland?0
