This offer is not available on-line as far as I can see (though there are online offers for £19.99 with £5 air-time for a reconditioned unit or £29.99 with £15 air-time for a new unit).
If you take an old phone into Virgin and you are an existing customer they'll give you a new Nokia 1100 for £9.99. Those are the only conditions that I am aware of. Not sure if it comes with any airtime.

this is available online through your Virgin account - well you get the phone for £19.99 with £10 of airtime included so it's the same thing at the end of the day

hi,thanks for that,got one today.there are loads of rules for it though,the phone and charger you trade in have to be working, you have to be a virgin customer, have at least 5 pounds credit. but then you get a brand new phone,no sim card and only usable on virgin network. could it be unlocked,and if so how easy is it to do. one final rule, only 1 per customer,and offer ends 30/4/05.hope it is of any help0

got one of these a month ago, they didn't check that £5 credit, they just ask what is your number? and that was all, the have to power up and with charger.
I would say difficult to unlock as none of the free one did it. I think they have a new software in, hence need new codeLife should not be taken seriously, as no one would get out alive0 -

Logon and choose Upgrade My Phone
Choose Buy Phone Only and go to their bargain section
It's £9.99 with some other Siemens at same price
Oh and the mobile is unlocked as well and has no virgin logo on the cover0 -

@ spud I got Nokia 1100 for £23.99 with £25 credit (£5 on the sim and £20 voucher)...but that isnt really relevant to this offer!0
