4. The 1st Prize is:
   -The 1st Prize is: - A Magical Trip for 2 to New Orleans. In order to qualify for a 3-night holiday for two persons comprising: scheduled flights from London to New Orleans return in economy class, inclusive of airport taxes and fuel surcharges; 3 nights accommodation in New Orleans on a room only basis. (All subject to availability and comparable alternatives may be offered); (the “Prize”), all entrants must, at the date of entry, be eligible in accordance with these Terms and be resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant to the Competition is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Employees, families or agents of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Competition. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted. Entrants may not assign, transfer, charge or deal in any other manner with the rights (if any) attached to the Competition and or the Prize.
   - By entering the Competition, the entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted by him/her is true, current and complete. Entrants should be at least 21 years of age, in possession of a full UK passport and a credit card in their own name. The Prize winner must apply for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) which is a mandatory requirement of the Department of Homeland Security for entry into the USA. The current charge for an ESTA is $14 per person. America As You Like It is not responsible for any failure of the Prize winner to obtain the required travel documentation.
   - The Prize must be used by 15 December 2014. Travel is not permitted between 1-20 April 2014, and 1 July – 31 August 2014, and is subject to availability. Other black-out dates may apply. Both passengers must travel together throughout the duration of the trip and accommodation is based on one standard room to be occupied by the two passengers.
5. Runners up will receive:
   - A Timex his or hers watch
   - A Stila goody bag
   - A copy of Now You See Me on Blu-ray or DVD
6. Prizes are non transferable.
7. No additional travel or refreshment costs will be paid.
8. There is no cash substitute.
