Just a quick vent 
I have just had another email that read "Congratulations Mandy" ...
my little heart was going like the clappers :eek:
Then inside you "may" have won an iPod :mad:
I know we all get them ... High then low (then in my case my panic attack tablets :eek: )
So do you find them upsetting/maddening/or just a PITA and when you see the word "Congratulations" does your little heart still start to flutter?
