Help finding where i enter code

I have a bottle of wine with a unique code to win a trip to Bordeaux. It says enter on https://www.calvet.com i cant even find that site let alone where i enter code.

Any help please.

How odd is that when i typed it on here it found it but not went i searched on goggle
