Does anyone have problems getting real people magazine to save your address?

Every time I log into real people it takes me to update my profile and is always missing the first line of my address. Does anyone else have this problem? It's been going on for ages and I fill it in so often

I tried to register a couple of months ago, but it says the page is missing or something like that.

Having read comments by others it seems to have been an issue for a while.

So I just do the typing in details...

But if that's creating a problem, then there's likely other problems too...

When I moved home I gave up trying to change my address on all the mags. Instead I just re-registered. Although when this came up before I think someone said they'd emailed them about it, and they sorted out the change of address for them.
