I use outlook, and didn't recieve them for a few days but they've started sending them again now even if I enter via the same tab, I think it's juts hit and miss. Not sure if it means I hadn't been entered though, I hope I was, but I didn't win so can't say 100%

My husband got a "sorry you haven't won yet" email today, BUT it was sent to an email address that he hasn't used for this comp!!! So we are clueless as to how they've managed to find that address, unless it was from last year's entries????

Yes ive also had the 'sorry you haven't won yet'! well obviously not because I haven't had a 'you have won email', so frustrating, get all excited as well lol

If you are not sure if you have been entered or not because you don't get the emails , just try entering again as it tells you when you have had 3 entries each day, so if you are told you have had the 3 then you must be entered confirmation email or not.

I've found that my emails for entries to my hotmail go straight to junk folder.

I have not been getting any emails, but today I got the sorry you have not won yet email!!!! And about 30 mins ago I looked on my facebook feed and noticed that i had apparently entered and shared with everyone! Which has most definately not happened. Very weird

I've been entering this for the past few days, today on my 3 entries I got email confirmation each time. Hope this doesn't mean I wasn't entered into the other draws...

Same happened to me on gmail. Entered 3 times nothing, checked junk mail had 3 confirmations

They're pretty good usually and don't spam your Facebook account like other companies.

Anyone have idea what options you have to select to get the Bose TV sound system or the Sonos to appear? I've seen them but just once.
