want idvice on iva

please anybody help me need advice about iva am thinking of doing one am in a lot of dept and dont know how too get out of it dont want to go bankrupt so i feel an iva is the only solution , i dont sleep at nite and am worring all the time ,am a single parent with two children trying to keep it from them is hard havnt got fancy cars or any thing like that havnt gained anything i have nobody too turn too and feel too ashamed to tell family and friends i dont no what to do so any advice would be appreciated
