Hi,
I am buying a house in the Belfast area. Can anyone recommend a good solicitor for conveyancing?
Thanks.

solicitors in Belfast are inclined to be expensive .
Considering you will only need to meet once I would consider a solicitor elsewhere .Last time I used McLernon Moynagh in Holywood ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0 -
I would ring around a few and get quotes. As mentioned above, solicitors outside Belfast may be a better bet. Make sure any quotes you get include VAT, or you will get a shock when the bill appears.0
